Use:
thoroughly clean nail surface for the best possible adhesion. Brush on chosen base coat. Using a nail or make-up brush, pick up powder and apply to nails where desired. Repeat application until satisfied effect achieved. For maximum durability of wear and shine factor, apply clear top coat.
